Ninja Cooking System & Whole Turkey

I am wondering if anyone else has tried to cook a whole turkey in the Ninja Cooking System. I've got a 12lb one in there now on 375 for about 4.5 hours. As you can imagine I couldn't get the turkey in the pot with the rack and only got the turkey in the pot with the lid resting on top of the turkey. I took tin foil and "extended" the lid, then topped it with a thick bath towel. It isn't done yet, but I have checked up on it and found the meat easy enough to cut with a spoon. I'll let her go for a the rest of the hour, then turn her off and let her sit to cool a bit.
