I watched this presentation earlier today. Had never seen it before --does anyone have it and how do you like it? I am liking the Ninja brand more and more. Right now I have a Breville little oven that I only use --my big oven is for storage----it's 7 years old now and still working fine only not nearly everything this Ninja does. am thinking when my Breville bites the dust--please don't my friendWoman Embarassed--I will replace it with this one. I do have the outdoor grill and smoker that I can't live without and a few other blender type Ninjas---but really liking this combi model.

@wagirl - Not sure which Ninja oven you're talking about but, if it's this one, we have it:

Ninja 12-in-1 Double Oven with FlexDoor and Recipe Guide - 21891424 | HSN

However, I bought mine from Kohl's, when they had it on sale and I also had a discount coupon.  I paid $180 for mine and got $45 Kohl's cash back (another special promotion - $15 for every $50 spent).

Even if I hadn't gotten it at Kohl's, you can get a better deal elsewhere, IMO.  It pays to shop around.  (Check out the Ninja website, too.)

As for the oven, at first I wasn't sure, although my DH liked it right away.  Now?  It's a keeper.  He loves the way it does fries and I use the top oven to toast my bagel each morning.  Super easy.

I'm sure others have more experience with it, but I'm happy we bought it.

@Venezia @wagirl

We have it too and I never thought I'd be so thrilled in how well something toasts lol.  Comes out great.

Same situation here, my son loves how well fries and chicken breasts come out.  I prefer my Oster French door oven roasting vs air fry in the Ninja.

@wagirl Looks interesting.  I wouldn't replace my Oster French Door oven with it since it's smaller, but it has functions mine doesn't.  Maybe when my current air fryer goes kaput, I could replace it with that since I've read a few comments that say the air fryer function is very good.  That's always a concern with the larger oven/air fryer combos.  The larger the space, the higher wattage required to get that cyclonic air needed for a really good crisp.

If you're on Facebook, there's some Ninja Combi groups.  One is called Ninja Combi Community.  Another is called Ninja Combi Recipes/Tips.  From what I'm reading, like with many new gadgets, there's a learning curve to using.  And some people just have better luck with it whether it's having problems or it just doesn't fit their way of cooking.  Like, the only thing I use a pressure cooker for is hard boiled eggs.  I just don't mesh with that style of cooking.

One comment I saw that seems to cover most of the bases is this one:

"It’s super easy to clean and even has a steam clean and dry function. It’s an excellent air fryer on its own. I love being able to cook several foods and sides at the same time and the front door easy access to trays and pans is far better then pots where you have to stack your food. I’m a bread baker and the steam/bake is my go to.

As with all multi functions it has some limitations and some some functions better then others. A tip on the air fryer, the top tray for air frying holds a lot more food then even the large capacity basket type air fryers. The larger oven type air fryers usually use mesh type trays that are a pain the clean in all those books and crannies but the Combi tray is easy to clean. You can also air fry on the bottom tray and use Multi-tiered racks to cook for larger groups.

When I have family gatherings I can do several appetizers all at once and get back to visiting rather then tending to doing multiple batches. I already had two fryers but would buy the Combi again just for the air fryer.

You can also use several silicon baskets to cook several things at the same time like burgers on the tray and fries in a basket which makes it easier to pull basket of fries out and serve right from the basket or remove burgers and let the fries air fry a bit longer. Whenever you open the door the cook pauses and continues when you close the door making it easy to tend to food, remove food that is done before the other, add sauces for the few minutes and so forth. So all in all I would buy again."

I saw many comments from people saying they were replacing their Ninja Foodi Grill with this, mainly because it's easier to clean.  I wouldn't do that since I like grilled food, but they are right about the cleaning aspect. In fact, I almost exclusively use mine for grilled food.

@Icegoddess --WOW--so much information!! thanks alot for all that. No, am not on any social media except here----

I still have my Breville oven that I will use until it dies--but hopefully not for awhile--have had that for 7 years now. And have an Instant Pot brand air fryer that is fantastic ---we use that alot. But my fave is the Ninja griller/smoker that lives outdoors. It does have an airfrying option as well as 6 other ones--haven't tried them all yet. It grills so wells for being an electric appliance. I use that thing prob 3-4x a week. I use my pressure cooker alot too--guess I am one who has pretty good luck with that learning curve. But this will have to wait until I live in a place with a decent sized kitchen--mine right now is the size of a medium sized closet--so space is at a premium.

Again thanks alot!!

Which side does the cord come out of on the back of this double oven? Like if you’re looking at the oven from the front, is the cord on the right or the left in the back?

I have an earlier version and the cord is on the far right side in the back as you look at it. I use mine all the time.
