Has anyone made the hearty beef stew (from the Ninja recipe book) yet? I made it today, and was dismayed to find that some of the meat had burned because apparently the broth cooked off. I followed the directions to the letter-but it just wasn't working. I ended up using 6 cups of beef broth over the course of several hours-it just kept cooking off. I wouldn't mind so much, but the recipe said you didn't have to tend to it while it was cooking. Well, when my daughter smelled the meat burning I knew that was a fallacy!

I've made six recipes from the book, and everything turned out perfectly, so I was a little disappointed by this. I am just wondering if anyone else had this problem?
