Looking for a JELLO mold recipe

I've been looking for this particular JELLO mold recipe. The recipe came in a booklet that was attached to a plastic Christmas mold. (it was free when you purchased the JELLO mixes) I think it was attached to the Christmas tree, but I'm not sure.

The recipe had gingerale that you added to the mix. Then you had to reserve some of the JELLO while the mold was in the fridge. Then you added Cool Whip to the reserved JELLO and put that on top of the JELLO in the mold.
