New York Style Crumb Cake- ATK version

I've never made a New York Crumb cake, but do a search for it. Look at the America's Test Kitchen site for a video showing how to make it. The recipe is not available on their site, as it is not a recipe from this season. Bloggers have posted the recipe. I found the recipe from the blog courtneyssweets.com.

Another site crumbboss.com makes hers with a yeast dough. The ATK version doesn't have yeast in it.

I'm planning to make the ATK version first. Have to get cake flour today!!!
