New Pressure Cooker Cookbook

Just an FYI -- America's Test Kitchen is coming out with a pressure cookbook titled, "Pressure Cooker Perfection," in March. I have already pre-ordered.

I have done several of their pc recipes that are in the ATK Family Cookbook, and they are excellent. Those are written for a stovetop PC, but I just did it the same in my electric PC, and the recipes are superb.
