Nespresso web site is having 2 free sleeves when you buy 8 today, both original and Vertuo.  Which is a pretty good deal.

But what I don't like about that promo is Nespresso chooses the two free sleeves for you.  I'm very particular about my coffee and Nespresso selected two free sleeves of coffee that I did not want. I didn't mind having to buy the minimum number of sleeves, I just wish they'd make two of my own selected sleeves for free.

@Caaareful Shopper It doesn't bother me.  I haven't met a Nespresso I really didn't like.  I just don't care for  the 7.7 oz. or larger "regular" coffee of any kind.  I want a stiff shot, or iced shot with some milk.  

Edit: Let me clarify that:

I run a 7.7 oz. Vertuo pod with 2 rapid button pushes to extract it really strong for iced coffee.  I add a little milk, oat or almond milk, and the ice melts a little and I have that.  Mostly I donate that size to me husband who drinks them!  

And I really like espresso the best!  .  Coffee?  Ick.

@Sooner  Sounds like the perfect marriage 😄

I like a dark (7 or 8), smooth roast, but no flavors and low acidity.  Nespresso wanted to give me Hazlenut flavored coffee and some kind of intense espresso I cannot remember.

@Caaareful Shopper I ordered it today from Oklahoma, it has shipped out and is in Round Rock Tx, andI could possibly get it on the porch tomorrow! That happens sometimes!  Which is nice!  

And I'm not really big on flavored coffee or tea--especially tea except for peach iced tea, maybe a little apricot or vanilla if it is a real flavor and not artificial.  We are lucky to have so many things available to us now!
