Need some "make ahead" dinner ideas.

I'm going to order the Lock & Lock divided dinner dishes so I can make "make ahead" dinners for my DS. He works crazy hours and I'd like him to be able to come home to a meal. Let's hear your make ahead dinner ideas. BTW: I'm going to break out my pressure cooker for quick cooking of several dinners in one day.
