Need pressure cooker tips for my TSV

Hi everyone, I just received my new TSV pressure cooker and I've never had one before. I wasnt thrilled with the recipes included so now I have no idea where to start in terms of what I can use it for and when to add certain items like veggies and such. Are there any tips or advice you can offer for a true novice? I'm already intimidated by it :/ Thanks in advance!
