I am not a foodie or a great cook but I need some real help here. My 85 year old mother is staying with me after she had been in the hospital and she needs some weight on her. She doesn't have a large appitite and I am preparing 3 meals a day for her. But her portions are about the size of what you might feed your 3 year old. I am looking for foods that I might add that are tasty but have a high calorie count (not fatty). Is there such a thing? I hope you ladies can help me.
