Need an Easy Chocolate Desert Recipe

I forgot to get heavy cream...light cream...whipped cream...


So the only bakers ingredients I have are:
the Oreo crust
Vanilla extract
Cream cheese
Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Flour
Dark chocolate chips
Skim Milk
and Sugar

I wanted to make a chocolate cream pie...not a cheesecake.

Oh and we also have peanut butter (not a fan but im desperate) and Nutella.

Any ideas? I am a cook, not a baker at all.
