Taking Mummy Hot Dogs to work party. What would you use to attach candy (edible) eyes to a hot dog? TIA!

@fthunt She made Mummy Hot Dogs (like in the Movie "The Mummy" and wants to attach some type of eerie eye ball to them.................. gosh, hope I'm right...

LOL @cbrite! I guess I typed it pretty frantically - a lot going on here tonight!

@fthunt - Sorry I wasn't clearer. These are hot dogs made to look like a mummy, wrapped in strips of dough. I got candy eyes to stick on them, but I don't want them to fall off.

A small dab of melted American cheese.

can you use a small round tip and attach with egg white w/merinque Not using sugar (like use for Royal icing).  I think you bought the eyes which are sugar.

Or maybe a small amount of icing just to glue (would only be a dot). Or can they be adhered with can squeeze cheese?

The instructions say to use a small piece of cheese, place in oven to melt,  then add eyes.

• Preheat oven to 375.
• Cut each cheese slice into 4 strips.
• Unroll dough and separate into 4 rectangles (crimp diagonal cuts in each one together).
• Cut each rectangle lengthwise into ½" strips and join 2 together to form one long "bandage".
• pieces, making a total of 40 pieces of dough. Slice cheese slices into quarters (1/2 slice cheese, cut in half).
• Wrap "bandage" of dough around each hot dog and ¼ slice of cheese.
• Make sure to leave a gap for face.
• Place wrapped hot dogs (cheese side down) on non stick cookie sheet and lightly spray with cooking spray.
• Bake 15 minutes or until dough is lightly brown.
• Place a small piece of cheese where eyes go and place in oven to melt slightly.
• Place 2 eyes on each mummy.
