I would check BBB online because they always have sales going on. Kohls is another one.

I ordered a toaster from Costco on-line. Will be delivered end of this week. There's a Costco right near my house - so I could return if I'm not happy.

I will NEVER order anything from BBB - the last 4 orders had NO packing material in the boxes. One ceramic base broke into 100 pieces; I ordered a dish drainer and drainboard - I rec'd 2 dish drainers.When I tried calling on the phone - sounded like the female was in a cave. I then started emailing - and they have standard answers. Then - I posted my problems on the BBB website - finally, they credited me for the 2nd dish-drainer.
