Need a Suggestion for Tailgate Breakfast

We are tailgating tomorrow morning and making omelets at our tailgate. Does anyone have an idea of a breakfast meat I could take other than taking breakfast sausage patties or links? I will need to precook it at home since the grill will be filled with omelet pans so I'll have to take it in a thermal covered dish to keep warm. Maybe a breakfast sausage meatball? Thank you for any suggestions!
