Need Gourmet Cookie Suggestions

I have a favorite uncle I like to remember at Christmas, and he is difficult to buy for, and has everything. I spoke to my aunt, his sister, and she said he loves cookies. I am familiar with Cheryl's but did not know if there were other cookie companies out there that were just as good or better.

Is anyone familiar with Dancing Deer?
