Need Chicken Tenderloin Help

Bought these by accident instead of the regular chicken breasts at Costco and I love using them to cook with. Wanted to try just breading them (I have Panko) and baking them but wasn't sure if I should try browning first and then baking. I googled a few recipes but you ladies always have the best advice.

Any suggestions?
