For me, it is red peppers. I eat them probably everyday. I like them raw, in salads, cut into strips with hummus, roasted, stuffed, and in soups.

A close second would be avocados, although they are often hit or miss. I once had a gigantic stuffed avocado in a cafe, and it was heavenly. The flesh was firm, but creamy, and melted in my mouth.

Nuts (especially almonds) are a favorite as well, although I don't eat them everyday.

My favorite daily processed food is olive oil. I use it whenever I cook and sometimes on my skin.
