DH cooked center cut bacon in the air fryer Christmas morning.  DS, DH and myself hadn't had any since the summer with BLT's. To say it was absolutely delicious would be an understatement!

First of all, I love bacon!  I recently tried  fully cooked bacon.  Luckily, I used it in a quiche so it was not a total loss  but I would never buy it to eat on its own with eggs. I have  been looking at it for a long time in the supermarket and decided to try it.
