Nasty drinking glass

I have been told for years from my mom and my wife. You can always tell what glass point drank out of. It looks nasty and my niece gets told that to. I'm not at all offended by it. Have any of you ever got told this or accused anyone of this. I'm just curious.

Maybe it's about what the glass looks like once you've finished drinking from it. Maybe some people slobber all over the glass and it looks nasty and dirty? That's my take on this Post.

Maybe somebody likes to drink wine. Maybe someone had a few glasses before posting! No harm, no foul...Bottle of wine, fruit of the vine...make me feel happy...
