MyKCup or Solofill...your preference...differences...pros/cons for each??

Are there any real differences in the MyKcup and Solofill? Bed, Bath, and Beyond has both, but the Solofill is $3.00 cheaper and is smaller (I guess because you use it in your regular Keurig insert...you don't have to change the cylinder thing like you do with the MyKcup??). Anyway, is there much difference? If you like one better than the other, please tell me why. Or if you've experienced problems with either, please let me know. I really want to get one or the other (or something else if it's better) so I can drink my favorite Krispy Kreme coffee!! Thank you!!
