First let me thank the ladies whose recipes I am using for the brunch. I had made some variation of some of them, but want to give credit for the recipes I am using. The brunch will serve about a dozen people, mostly adults. I have made my shopping list, and have a timetable ready to go for all prep work. Here is the menu:
Thin (kind of) sliced ham with various cheeses and croissants
Warm fruit salad
Christmas Breakfast Casserole
Blueberry French Toast Casserole
Mini Sausage Quishe's
Simple Breakfast Pastries
White Chocolate Raspberry Muffins
Coffee, O.J., and Bellini's
Have I left anything glaringly obvious off? What do you ladies think of the menu? Thanks for any advice or helpful hints.
