The instructions that come with the My K Cup say 2 tablespoons per 6 oz of water.

I just fill it, pretty much all the way.

Re: My K-Cup...How much coffee do I use?

I have been using the My K-cup nearly every day now for the past few months. At the beginning it really is a trial and error kind of thing. But if you are like me and use the same coffee daily then its pretty easy. If you have several different kinds of grounds you like then it may take a little longer.

What I do for mine is I use a big heaping teaspoon full and then add a little more. I never actually measured it but I do assume it's probably close to 2 or 2.5 teaspoons.

I never tamp it down to add more in.

I hope you find a good level for you. It's definitely the most economical way I believe to enjoy coffee in the Keurig. Those K-cups can be quite expensive.

I use a Solofil and fill it to the indiated top line. Most important is to get coarse grounds much like a french press. I asked Keurig customer service and that was the answer I got. If I use regular grounds, it sometimes overflow than drip through the Solofil.
