My Grandma's coffee cake

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the My Grandma's coffee cake I found in my local Stop and Shop (supermaket chain in New York area) and the one offered on the Q aside from the tin? Both are 28 oz., costs: $11.99 (Stop and Shop) vs. $33.18 (with tin on the Q). Similar situation with Boston Coffee cake as well. I realize certain flavors are offered only on the Q but $20.00 difference? Really?
