turned out great. I used my new Cooks Essentials 3.4 qt. fryer to cook chicken wings. My wings were packaged at the local store with a jerk chicken seasoning/sauce on them already. I put about a pound of wings in the basket which basically covered the bottom of it without stacking the wings. I used the wings preset button (15 minutes at 370 degrees) without adjusting anything further on the time and temperature. They came out perfect! I tested them with a thermometer afterwards they were all in the 180-200 degree range, I thought maybe they would taste overcooked but nope they were juicy and perfectly done. Cleanup was easy too both the basket/basket holder and inside the unit itself (which wasn't really dirty anyways). The air fryer is pretty quiet while in operation. The sides of the unit get warm during the cooking but never really hot. There is rather hot air evacuated out of the back of the unit during cooking but not too bad either. When I baked these same wings in my regular oven a few months ago it was a pain cleaning it afterwards with all of the splatter from the wings all over the place that made the oven smell and smoke afterwards. I was hoping this air fryer would be the thing for my wings going forward and it looks like that will be the case. They were not only moist but also had a bit of crispiness on the outside. I put a birdseye steamer bag of mixed vegetables in the microwave as a side. Such a quick easy meal to prepare with an easy cleanup and tasty as heck. I can see this being my go to meal for a lazy Sunday evening going forward. So just wanted to share my great first experience with my new air fryer.

I have the same size, and I love it. Go to air fryer on google and there are lots of people cooking on there. Try Mz Brazell, and Doug, both are good teachers. Glad you like it.

Just wondering if the wings you made were frozen? Or fresh wings? I got the same air fryer last week and still trying to figure some things out. Thanks.
