My Damaged Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer Problem FIXED

I posted earlier today that I had received a damaged (scratched) mixer and was told by Q CS today that I would have to wait probably two weeks to get the new replacement. (Post below). An angel (she must be) from Q's Social Team monitoring the posts contacted me almost immediately to tell me that my replacement should be here in a couple of days. Thank you QVC for hiring the very best Customer Service people and making my Christmas cookie making much more enjoyable.

@SunBumIL, that's so great that @Susan-QVC was able to help resolve your issue so quickly.

I remember reading your My New Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer - DAMAGED thread which you had posted in the Suggestion Box forum, and I felt really bad for you.

FYI, you might want to update that thread and let folks know that QVC Customer Service took care of your issue, because people are still posting their suggestions on how to help you get your (now fixed) issue resolved.

Once again, the really helpful @Community_Team (QVC moderators) comes to the rescue in no time flat. -- I am so appreciative of their new pro-active and helpful role in the QVC forums!!! Smiley Happy

Re: My Damaged Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer Problem FIXED

Yay!  I saw your thread in the other forum and am glad they took care of you.  It seems like a lot of retailers will go ahead and send a replacement out right away and then if you don't return the other one within 30 days you will be charged.

My concern, initially, was that you would not end up getting the color you wanted if you had to wait.  You never know when a color will sell out.  So it's good that they got that going.

Make sure you get a tracking number.

It sounded like somebody messed up with that other shipment, in that there was not a styrofoam piece on the top.
