I like most vegetables- zucchini in small doses, though. I think I could learn to like artichokes but it's always in a dip and I just don't like artichoke dip. I would like to try artichokes on their own.

Wow! this really surprises me..I find it very mild and loved eating it in France, where it is served raw, in matchsticks, with a remoulade sauce for dipping....I don't find it has an offensive smell at all, sort of like a cross between jicama and celery...

Eggplant the way my mother used to make it: dipped in egg and fried. It turned into pure slime and made me gag. I don't know how I got through eating it, as I wasn't allowed to leave the table until I had.
However, I've made a Greek dish whereby the ingredients are all chopped up and marinated (includes eggplant) and it's great as an appetizer.

I love most of those mentioned. Beets are on my "boo" list. They taste/smell like mud to me.

When I was little my mom would force us to eat our vegetables, we could not leave the table. They were nasty frozen, freezer burned peas that were microwaved. I would swallow them whole like pills with my milk (that we also had to drink before we left the table). I would gag.
I cannot eat anything with peas in it, and if someone else at the table is eating peas I need to look away.
Other vegetables on the won't eat list include fennel and grean beans.
Also this is not a vegetable but I am in the 20% of people that absolutely cannot stand cilantro. Mexican restaurants are ruined for me because they put cilantro in everything. I need to hold my breath even walking past the herb section of the grocery store if I need to go get parsely or something because it just makes me want to puke, LOL, great poll
I love peas! LOL The first time I ate cilantro I didn't like it at all. Then the 2nd time it was ok because I was prepared for the taste. Now I actually buy it, use it and love it. I even buy the salsa with cilantro in it! Weird huh?
I was the same with sour cream. The restaurant put it on my potato years ago and I was upset. They were so busy I couldn't get their attention to change my potatoe so I scraped it off. It wasn't horrible. The next time I ordered it on the side and put a tiny bit on and ate it. After that I grew to love it. Now I'm lactose intolerant and allergic to dairy and can't eat it. I can still eat cilantro though. LOL

I really never liked dried beans or peas since I was a child. No Great White Northerns, soup beans, black beans black eyed peas or baked beans even with bacon! Kidney beans in a stretch in chili maybe.
The starch and the bean casing seemed to increase in my mouth. (Yes, they were done.). Forget humus!
Some of you mentioned eggplant. I didn't have that until I was an adult.
Brussel sprouts are fine with a tiny sprinkle of sugar to combat the acidic flavor!

Canned peas. They are mushy and I don't think they taste anything like the ones from my garden.

Ick, slimy eggplant. I'm with you on that veggie.

Kale which is sad because it is the most nutritious veg on the planet.
