Most delicious meatloaf ....

We went to an Amish restaurant thursday and they had "stuffed pepper meatloaf" OMG - so good. It was made just like the stuffing of a stuffed pepper - gr meat, onion, cooked rice,celery and then they added some chopped green pepper and made it into a meatloaf and baked. They put sour cream on the top when they served it but my SIL & I both thought it would be really good if you put some tomato sauce on top before baking instead. I can't wait to try it at home.
