I have been a woot.com customer for years and have purchased nearly 100 separate items from them.

That said, you should be aware that you need to have a good reason, and buyer's remorse is not one of them, to return or cancel an item.

Broken or damaged in shipment is a good reason but you still need to make a formal request for return authorization.

Another good reason to shop with them is that everything from lawn mowers to q-tips ships for $5.00

As I write this on saturday morning 4/9 they are offering a 6 core gaming computer minus monitor for less than $600.
