Montel Williams Pressure Cooker

I am interested in buying this pressure cooker. There are many good and bad reviews. My question is when Montel is on he never shows how the pressure is released. Does anyone no? I dont want to sound stupid but does the pressure just automatically release??? Does anyone have this??? Thanks for any help.
