This weekend I made up some dessert cups in ramekins. I crushed a package of Grasshopper cookies (Keebler) on some waxed paper. Divided up the crumbs between four of the ramekins.
Next, add two scoops of Blue Bunny Mint Chip ice cream and press it into the ramekin on top of the grasshoppers. Then, use Nestle Toll House MINI chocolate chips and sprinkle about a tablespoon (or two if you like to live dangerously) onto the ice cream.
Drizzle with Hershey's chocolate syrup and, if desired, a plop of whipped cream on top. Put back in freezer (or set them out to melt together). It's good both ways.
I made these for company on Sunday - they said it never occurred to them to do that with mint choc. ice cream (I looked at them crossways because it just seems so quick and easy why wouldn't you do it?)
It's quick, it's cheap and satisfying if you have a sweet tooth and love mint/chocolate things. You can also put the Hershey's syrup on top of the crushed grasshoppers too - makes it even more delish!
Now....time to take that 15 min walk! Maybe just butt squeezes at the desk.
