I bought the set of 3 mini griddles. Gave one away, keep one at home and one at the office.  I like it best for making quick egg sandwiches because it fits perfect on a English muffin or bread.

Lean hamburger works best or the grease is all over the place. Hamburgers turn out really good and moist. I tried one chicken breast but it was too thick and it didn't cook well. Nuggets that I cut up myself did really well in the little griddle.
