Gluten Free

Hi there!

 

Did I briefly see a gluten free section in Fabio's new cookbook?  If not, is there such a section?  Please advise when time permits.  Thank you!

Hi @Prinsolo .. I  have no idea what is or is not in Fabio's cookbook.  However, unless you have a gluten intolerance... which is quite rare .....  gluten will not harm you.

@Boehm Collector. Exactly, simple blood test will tell. A lot of people self diagnose.

I looked it up on Amazon, and saw nothing about gluten free in the description.
