I totally agree. I love Meredith and Leah. Very classy.

You can pre-order her book on Amazon.

She has grown on me since Christmas when I watched her basic videos. I do like Cooks Essentials and have had good luck with them. I have had a small oven from them for at least 10 years and it still works great. Bakes, broils, convection, defrosts, slow cooks and rotisserie all in one. Also have an electric stock pot I love from CE.

I've always liked her too. She's calm. I like calm!
Plus, she knows what she's doing and knows what she's presenting.
She has one of those air fryers on today, right? OMG, this must be the latest fad gadget. All of a sudden they are everywhere. I must have seen a dozen threads on this board about them, to boot. They could sell ice to the Eskimos, I swear. hehe ![]()

How big a chicken or turkey breast will fit in unit?

She had sort of her own show ("The Blue Jean Chef") on the Q for a while. She had a program host with her who did the "selling". The show hasn't been around for a while. Really too bad.

I like her but didn't like her 4 quart pressure cooker that was a TSV in April. It was junk. I had to spend a little more to get a Fa-gor 4 quart in the end.

I enjoy her presentations, but I have a personal issue with her grammar usage. I don't want to come off as petty, but she continues to say, "these ones" which drives me crazy. My English teacher would be preparing a slip knot in the rope if she watched the entire presentation!

I also love Blue Jean Chef, Meredith! She always seems to answer on Facebook. Love watching her videos on youtube. It's almost like going to culinary school with out the tuition. I learn so much from her.

The first time I saw The Blue Jean Chef was on "You're Home with Jill." Jill made her southwestern chicken recipe for Meredith - something that has become one of my family's favorite recipes. I have her pressure cooker recipe books, and I love to watch her whenever she's on. I love her sense of humor! ![]()
