Could someone please recommend a meat thermometer. I have never used one before and would like some suggestions. Would like to use it for meat on the grill and I just ordered the Ninja 3 in 1 Cook System and someone on one of the threads mentioned she/he used a remote meat thermometer when cooking with the Ninja.

I have looked at different reviews for different thermometer on different websites....however I know I will receive good suggestion/ideas here.

Thank You!

Taylor makes very good thermometers. Here's a remote

And here's a instant read. This is what most professionals use.

Honestly I think the Thermapen by Thermoworks is one of the best. I've had mine for years and it's never failed. They are very accurate and fast. If you want something a lot cheaper, they came out the Thermopop, it's not as fast but very accurate too. Do you want an instant read or one you can leave in. If you want a leave in their ChefAlarm is also great.

I have a cute red thermometer by Taylor called Weekend Warrior. It has a lanyard and a pocket clip on it. I mostly use it indoors. It also has the recommended temperatures for poultry, pork, and beef rare, medium and well printed on the probe cover. It is compact and works well.

I bought one from HSN last year and even gave them as X-mas gifts. They are digital and so easy to use and read. Not expensive. I would recommend them highly.

Thank you for taking time to respond & thank you for the suggestions, I will check out each one.

I did not know there was an instant read or a website dedicated to thermometers.

Thank you!
