Masterbuilt Smoker comparison

Can anyone tell me the difference between the two Masterbuilt smokers? K37133 and K23714. They are both electric, both have similar capacities and three shelves. One has a cover, the other does not. Close in price after shipping. Any recommendations? I'm trying to decide which is the better smoker and/or better value. Thanks!
