It looked like a very nicely done book - good photos, easy to read, family friendly.  However, it seemed like the ingredients were prepared and processed food products.  I think it would make a nice gift for someone going off to college.

I ordered this the first time it was presented because I really like MarkCharles Misilli. The recipes are good and easy. Yes there are many processed foods in the recipes, but taken as a general guide, ingredients can be changed or modified however you want.
