Mark Charles with Mary showing the battery free meat thermometers. He just put the red thermometer in the undercooked chicken and then into the done chicken and the same thermometer into all of those undercooked steaks. I hope no one there eats those items. I also know that Mark Charles should know better than to do that. Mary too.

He stated several times that he knew the foods were unsafe and undercooked.  He was aware of the danger and no one is going to eat that food.

It's just a presentation, not a meal for anyone. Besides, no one would eat food that's been sitting out under hot lights for who knows how long.
