@PamelaSue72, let us know what you think of the Baker's Imitation Vanilla once you have a chance to try it. I'll be curious to know. That is a huge difference in price from imitation to real. Yes, vanilla beans have about doubled in price lately. At this rate I may have to give up making my own, lol.
