Making bread, mixer jumped off the counter!!!!

I was making bread and left the room for 1 second!!! I heard something hit the floor, there was mixer on the floor. The pin holding the top and stand had worked it's way out. My hubby put the pin back in and it still works?? I ran out of bread flour, and will have to try the mixer out later. Hope I don't need to buy another mixer !!!
