Can anyone give me a synopsis of baking pies. I have searched on the internet but I'm getting confused. What is blind bake in reference to a pie crust and when do you bake a crust first for a few minutes before filling? Also, when do you use the beans or pie fillers to hold the crust down? Thank You for any help you can give me.
