Made Ninja Spaghetti and Meatballs in 42 Minutes Using The 8

Yesterday I made a great Linguini and Meatballs dinner in 42 minutes using what has turned into one of my best purchases on Q...i.e., the $39 8 Quart CE Roaster Oven.

Perhaps the time could have been closer to that of the Ninja had I raised the Temp above 300F sooner, but all in all for 42 minutes a meal was prepared that was a hit.

This "experiment" I can now add to that of making a steam roast pork loin, roast chicken, and super moist steamed cake in an attempt to emilate the Ninja, and I have yet to be disappointed.

My next test will be to try to sear some protein as the Malliard reaction only commonly requires a temperature exceeding 250F yet of course it can be much lower than that assuming you have many many hours available.
