At our get-away, breakfast and dinner are a given. For lunch, oftentimes people are on their own and the guys will usually make themselves a sandwich if hungry.

Rather than lunch, I prefer a few hors d'oeuvres served at happy hour.

I do natchos, hot dogs, good quality lunch meats and macaroni salads for lunches. I try to get by with late breakfasts. But I enjoy my company.
