When you're home, and it's a "knock around day", everything is done and you're not working hard, what do you have for your "break" or do you just wait until dinner?

I'll have maybe a half of a sandwich, a piece of fruit, or some cottage cheese.

@ECBG

When I am at work, my lunch is at 10:00. Cat Sad

When I am home, I eat later, but I end up having breakfast part 2 or a snack around 3:00-4:00.  Today it's microwave popcorn, but sometimes it's olives, nuts, Cuties (my new favorites!), cheese/gluten free crackers, granola bar + peanut butter, or an apple.

Usually I'll skip lunch and have dinner a couple hours earlier than usual.

I never eat three full meals a day.  I always, always eat breakfast.  Usually Cherrios and fruit preferably strawberries and coffee.  Some mornings I will eat an omlet but that is rare.  For lunch, usually an apple, celery and peanut butter or yogurt, cottage cheese with tomato or homemade soup.  Somedays, I will have some cheese and crackers with jalepeno stuffed olives.  If I go out to lunch with friends, I never eat dinner so DH is on his own, Woman Wink

I've had knocked-up days but not many knock-around days.

Half a peanut butter sandwich, or a few TownHouse crackers with peanut butter for me.   My husband and I enjoy peanut butter every day.

If I'm busy at home,  I don't even think about eating anything until dinnertime.

Generally I only eat dinner, no other meals. Today, for some weird reason, I have been snacking all day long, and ate a bowl of beef stew left from yesterday. Can't let this become a habit, lol.

I eat 2 meals a day - lunch and dinner. I do not snack.
