Seeing other complaints about Lock & Lock on the boards, I thought I would post this email that I received from them. Remember all of the problems everyone had last year, waiting weeks and weeks for orders? I'm so frustrated with this company, as I've been trying to get a replacement piece for more than two months. The Q still has the product in stock, but L&L says it will take me 4-6 months to get it replaced. I'm done with L&L. And, I think the writing is on the wall for this company anyway.

From January 1st 2013, Lock & Lock Texas, Inc. will no longer manage the website (<a href="http://locknlockplace.us2.list-manage.com/track/click?u=15ccf015cfb80098ae05ae90d&id=f0577a90bc&e=fc... target="_blank">LocknLockPlace.com</a>) and thusthe website will not accept any new orders after December 31st 2012. Lock & Lock USA Distributor will own and manage the website but without any e-commerce service.

Customers who purchased coupon codes and/or gift cards but did not redeem them are encouraged to use theirs in December 2012.

Now is a good time to use up your coupon codes from daily deal sites such as Groupon, LivingSocial, Eversave, Dealfind and PlumDistrict and LocknLockPlace gift cards. We will run a special clearance sale through December 31st. We won’t get out-of-stock items again so shop early for more choices.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience. Thank you very much for your support over the last two years. Please continue to shop Lock & Lock products through QVC, Amazon, Woot, 1saleaday and many other online retailers.
