LocknLock...round or square?

Do you have a preference in the shape/LocknLock?  If it's not 'round', I'm not interested.  How about you?

For me it's either square, zen or rectangle.

Re: LocknLock...round or square?

I actually use both, but prefer square or rectangle!👍 Each serves a different purpose for me!😁 I like how rectangle and square bowls store NEATLY in my cabinets or fridge taking advantage of EVERY inch of storage space.🥰 I like storing soups, sides and things like that in the round ones!😊

Plastic is round & glass is square.  Why?  It just worked out that way.

I think the square/rectangular make the most efficient use of space for storage with n9 l9st corners.

Re: LocknLock...round or square?

Actually, the rectangles are my favorite! Square is the runner up. Over the many, many years I've bought LocknLock, I've discovered that I really prefer the pieces with straight sides (not tapered or curved) for optimal capacity and storage. However, I do like the bowls for serving and for things like soup or fruit.

I admit that I have a LocknLock addiction. I used to try to say I was just a practical and well-organized person, but the amount of containers constantly in use plus those waiting in the cupboard tell another story.  Smiley Wink

Round is my first choice OR any that DON'T have the tabs, like those in this pic..they break off too easily.Screenshot 2024-04-14 at 2.47.04 PM.png

Re: LocknLock...round or square?

I don't use Lock-n-Lock, I use Anchor Hocking glass and have both shapes. The rectangular dishes are only one size, but are the most efficient in their use of space.  However, the assorted sizes of rounds are useful, depending on the amount of what's being stored.
