LockNLock order Thanksgiving weekend...haven't received, can't track, and can't get CS on phone!

I ordered some things from LockNLock on Nov. 24...first order through them online. I haven't received the order, so I checked my account. It shows shipped, but when I try to track the order, nothing comes up. I've also tried to call Customer Service...all I got for quite some time this morning was a busy signal. Now when I call it rings...a computer voice comes on, and I press "1" for a customer service rep...once I do that it rings many, many times then says "that line is not available." I ended up emailing them instead.

I guess I'm just wondering what's going on. They've sent me no shipment notice even though it says it's been shipped. I can't track it, and I can't get anyone on the phone! How long does it usually take for you to receive orders? Also, are they usually hard to get on the phone? If you've ordered from them before, please tell me what your experience has been like. Thanks!
