I bought the latest TSV and discovered that the smallest piece was missing from my set. QVC told me that they can't replace it for me and suggested that I call LnL directly to see if they would send it to me. I've called them two times and always get an answering machine. I've left two messages and they have not returned my calls. I have a house full of their products. I've been collecting it for about 10 years. This is how they treat their customers?? I'm really disgusted and I'm returning the entire set to QVC.
I'm also not happy with QVC. They should have offered to contact LnL on my behalf. I feel like they are not concerned that this happened and that I now will have to box up this set, drive to the post office, stand in line, etc. I'm so annoyed.
