We all received notice was back ordered and then notified item was canceled. Received letter today stated thanks for shopping with QVC and customer satisfaction is number one priority. Explained tentative date item may be available- late February, 2020. Nice to receive the notice but what about discount coupon, free shipping? Well one can dream. Anyone else received the letter?  This is really ratty.  This stuff is a manufactured product, not something that has to grow, so why could the plan ahead and make enough of them?  I didn't order but I feel for the ladies who were planning to pack them with Christmas goodies to give away.

It may be they received a defective shipment and had to reorder the whole batch - or most of it.  If that is true, it would be better if they just told you the honest truth.  It would at least mean they were quality focused.

@SouthernBee   I too received that letter about the possible future date when they might be back in inventory. 

This is the third cancellation letter I have received.  I got two letters about VPH items.

I'm not doing too well with purchasing holiday gifts from QVC this year.  Maybe I should buy gifts in February and put them in my gift closet for Christmas!

I think you have these mixed up a with the Christmas set with the bags.  These are spice holders.

I think it's a manufacturing issue.  Not enough machine time.  I work for a company that does a fair amount of imports.  To move something up the schedule, something else has to be pushed out.

Got the same 2 letters for my orders which were cancelled without notice.   

@GCR18   Thanks for the info.  I do believe QVC should not have sold them if they did not have them ready to ship.  This has been happening to me on products of all categories.  You don't sell something you do not have.

@hellodali : Started Christmas shopping in October. I have 2 advanced orders for cookies and apples to be shipped 12/2/19 for a special elderly friend, no issues in previous year but worried about this years order. She love the products and depends on them to give as gifts to neighbors and others that help her. Southern Bee

@SouthernBee @hellodali @Havarti   I just got an email that my lock & lock order for the 10 mini set has been delayed that I ordered well over a week ago.  

To add insult to injury, it still shows in stock so what is going on with shipping.
