Thank you so much for posting the Customer Service number for Lock & Lock. I'd broken one of the tabs on a lid (entirely my fault) and called today. The rep. was very pleasant. I gave her the "H" number on the bottom of the bowl and she asked what color I wanted - I told her it didn't matter, I just need to be able to use the bowl again. I asked if there was any charge and she said no, it was covered under warranty. I told her I had the bowl for a quite a while, but she said it was no charge, and that I should get it in 2 to 3 weeks. I do like the Lock & Lock line of products - I hope they come through!
