Lock and Lock Customer Service

Wow….as much as I like lock and lock I think I'm finished with them. Customer service was not good at all. They don't explain themselves well and are quite rude. They weren't very helpful and didn't seem to care about it. Maybe the one REPRESENTATIVE was having a bad day….which can happen. Has anyone had more pleasant experiences with them?

I've talked to a few very nice and helpful people there, over the years. I've never had anybody who was rude or unhelpful. But they keep moving it so - who knows.

Maybe you're right and that one person was just having a bad day and taking it out on customers. I hope so, anyway! Smiley Happy

I've never heard of anyone who had positive experience with L&L CS. They are hard to reach, not very helpful, and the cost to get something replaced isn't at all worth the effort. Easier and cheaper to buy a new piece/set.
